The regular and student registration fee includes attendance at all scientific sessions, the Conference Proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, and the social program.

The partner fee includes access to the social program.

Rules and Cancelation Policy

  • The conference registration fee should be paid before the conference starting date

  • Currency exchange charges and bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender

  • Presenting authors should have a paid registration by April 30th, 2027 in order to ensure the inclusion of their work in the program and in the proceedings of the conference

  • Student Fees: Attendees registering at the student rate must email proof of full-time student status to the conference email address

  • ECCOMAS Member fee should be confirmed…

  • Cancellation Policy: Registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 100 EUR if a request is received by e-mail until April 30th, 2027. After this date NO refund will be made
